IHD™ provides document preparation assistance, reentry planning support, and structured guidance for incarcerated individuals and their families. Our services include:
IHD™ is NOT a law firm, does not employ attorneys, and does not provide legal advice. Our services are limited to document preparation and administrative guidance. Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes legal advice. For legal matters, you should consult a licensed attorney.
We make no representations that our documents will achieve any specific legal outcome.
We offer three service tiers:
Turnaround times are business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on request complexity and volume.
All sales of document templates (marketplace items) are final. Digital documents are delivered immediately upon confirmed payment and are non-refundable once downloaded.
Custom document services (submitted requests): A refund may be issued if we are unable to complete your request. Requests for revisions within the scope of your original submission are included at no additional charge.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Stripe to process your transaction. We do not store your payment details.

We treat all information you share with strict confidentiality. Your personal information and request details are never shared with third parties except as described in ourPrivacy Policy. Completed documents are stored securely and accessible only to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IHD™ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to these services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
While we strive to provide high-quality document preparation, we do not guarantee any specific outcome from the use of our documents or services. Results depend entirely on the circumstances of your situation and the discretion of the receiving party (parole board, housing authority, employer, etc.).
All templates and resources on this site are owned by IHD™ or its licensors. Purchased templates may be used for personal or client purposes but may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as your own.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at our discretion, including for violation of these terms or for any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal use of our services.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or notice on this website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Louisiana.
